This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services provided by Thought Continua LLC, operating as Rhazi.ai. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
All Rhazi.ai subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days in your current billing period.
- Your access to the dashboard and automation services will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- Cancellations can be processed through your Stripe customer portal (accessible from the Billing page in your dashboard) or by emailing us.
Setup Fees
- Setup fees are fully refundable if you cancel before onboarding begins.
- Once onboarding has commenced (first onboarding session completed or automation development has started), setup fees are non-refundable. This reflects the time and resources invested in configuring your custom automation systems.
Score Services
Free Score Scans
The Agent-Ready Score scan is free and does not require payment. No refund is applicable.
Paid Score Services (Quick Fix / Full Optimization)
- Paid score services are refundable within 14 days of purchase if optimization work has not yet started.
- Once we begin working on your optimization (you will receive a confirmation email when work starts), the purchase is non-refundable.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work, we will issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at admin@rhazi.ai with:
- Your name and the email address associated with your account
- The service you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
We will process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service.
