This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Rhazi.ai services provided by Thought Continua LLC. This policy is part of and supplements our Terms of Service. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Rhazi.ai services to:

Illegal or Harmful Activities

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
Generate or distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents

Misuse of AI Outputs

Present AI-generated content as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax, or accounting) without review and approval by a qualified, licensed professional
Use AI outputs to make automated decisions with legal or significant effects on individuals (such as employment, lending, housing, or insurance decisions) without meaningful human review
Create content designed to impersonate real individuals or organizations
Generate intentionally false or misleading information

Platform Abuse

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our platform's proprietary systems, workflows, or prompts
Circumvent or attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls
Submit malicious URLs, scripts, or payloads through the Score tool or any other input
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively load our platform
Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
Resell or redistribute our services without written permission

Data Handling Violations

Submit personal data of third parties without their consent or a lawful basis
Upload or process data that you do not have the right to use
Use our services to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.)

Your Responsibilities

Review and verify all AI-generated content before publishing, sending, or acting on it
Maintain appropriate access controls for your account
Comply with all applicable laws in your use of our services
Promptly report any security vulnerabilities or policy violations you discover

Enforcement

If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions at our discretion:

Warning: A written notice describing the violation and required corrective action
Suspension: Temporary restriction of access to some or all services
Termination: Permanent removal of your account and access to our services

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect our platform, other users, or third parties.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to admin@rhazi.ai.
